The beginner’s classes are designed for the athlete looking to see what CrossFit is all about and if it’s right for you.
Classes will last an hour and will include a warm up, instructional time on the WOD (workout of the day), a workout and a cool down. The class is designed to teach you the movements used in CrossFit classes and get you ready to move into mainstream classes at your own pace.
There is no time limit to this program, you can renew it monthly until you are ready to move on. This is your opportunity to test out the waters and see if CrossFit is the answer to your fitness goals.
