The Jumpstart You Need!
What’s this all about?
You’ve probably heard the hype: CrossFit can help you lose fat, put on muscle, and get you fit fast. And tt’s all true!
We also know that CrossFit can be a little intimidating. That’s ok, we understand that, and we’re here to help. That’s why we have developed the Couch to CrossFit program! Over the course of 8 weeks we are going to slowly and steadily introduce you to all that CrossFit SAW has to offer. We are going to help you develop fitness for yourself that will last a lifetime!
How this works:
Plan to attend our beginner’s classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00pm and Saturdays at 11:00am. Additional support will include weekly home workouts and stretching/mobility exercises, weekly challenges, nutritional information and challenges, and motivation to stay on track.
You WILL see results if you follow the program!
Cost: $200 for 8 weeks
