CrossFit is a fitness program designed using constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity. As a truly functional program, we design our daily workouts to be scaled up-or down-to be accessible to all populations.
Everyday is different and you will never have to walk into the gym again and ask yourself what you should do today. During these classes you will receive personal instruction and motivation from your coaches. If you’re just starting out, we recommend coming three days/week to our Beginner’s class before moving into mainstream classes.
