Even- 1 max effort set of T2B

Odd- 12 goblet squats

BCTI:

Modify ROM on T2B as necessary

Do sets of 8 on goblet squats

Toes-To-Bar (EOMOM: 1 max effort set )

1 unbroken set without leaving the bar

Goblet Squat (EOMOM: 12 reps)

Try to do all of these at the same weight

Metcon

BCTI:

Shorten to 8 minutes

Modify weight on the hang power cleans as necessary

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 12:

12 abmat sit-ups

8 hang power cleans 95/65#

4 OTB burpees
